For more than 30 years, Montview Church has taken a team approach to leadership through its co-pastorate.  Currently, Rev. Dr. Cindy Cearley and Rev. Greg Cummins are Montview’s co-pastors.  The pastoral team includes Rev. Sheri Fry, Minister of Youth Ministries; Sandy Prouty, Minister of Children and Families; and John Kuzma, Minister of Music.

In the Presbyterian tradition, the leadership of the church is shared among the staff, the elders and the deacons.  We believe that by having more voices heard, we are a stronger church, and together we embrace the inclusive ministry that Jesus demonstrated with his followers.
