We live in a world where we’re too often “The Last One Picked.” Especially with the pressures of middle school – fitting in, being popular, and doing well at school, it’s so easy to feel left out.

In the face of all of these pressures we’re confronted by the words of Jesus, “The last will be first, and the first will be last.”

Come to Highlands this spring to engage in fellowship, worship, spiritual renewal, fun, Bible study, and an exercise in Christian community – a community that seeks to live out and explore Jesus’ radical vision for a world where no one is the last one picked.

Welcome to the JAM!! A group of fabulous people that hang in the 6th-8th grade!

We extend a WARM, FRIENDLY WELCOME to all of you in 6th grade.  We are looking forward to getting to know you and having fun together! We invite you all to Montview’s Cellar Sunday mornings 9:30-10:30am and Sunday afternoons for JAM and dinner from 5-6:30pm. We have fun together, share conversations, go to events, lock-in’s, retreats and share in community service. We believe in the power and goodness of a community of people, the passion of Jr. high people, that your spiritual life is important and that faith shouldn’t ask you to check your mind at the door.

We hope you will be part of our community this year and invite your friends to join us!
