We look forward to and thank you for your support of the garage sale!!  Year after year the Montview congregation has donated their old “treasures” to this sale allowing our faith community as well as the Park Hill community to purchase needed items at a reduced cost as well as increasing the mission dollars for the youth mission trips.
In June the youth will be involved in a ten day trip to the Appalachia region in Gilbert, West Virginia.  We will be working with the West Virginia Ministry of Advocacy & Work camps which is part of the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance program supported by The Presbyterian Church (USA).  We will be helping to repair damage from the 2009 flood as well as have the opportunity to participate in the Appalachia culture.  In December a group of high school, college and adults participants will be flying to Nepal to work with IDE in Pokhara and Gawchowk to help lay down pipe and build water storage units for a water development project.
The funds raised by this garage sale will help support
these organizations that we will be working with.
