About 100 adult singers offer their gift of choral ministry at Montview Church. Singing in Westminster Choir is a major commitment of time and talent lasting the better part of an entire year. Through many hours of rehearsing and performing, we endeavor to develop an understanding that can be learned only through this essential contribution to the character of Montview. This includes many things, starting with the basics of musical art and its expression through the talent and spirit of our singers. Soloists from the congregation who are not choir members sing throughout the year as well. Several of our singers have professional musical training, study music privately, or help each other in small, self-organized groups.
