*Corporate Confession (Unison)
Gracious God, our sins are too heavy to carry,
too real to hide, and too deep to undo.
Forgive what our lips tremble to name,
what our hearts can no longer bear.
Set us free from a past that we cannot change, and
open to us a future in which we can be transformed.
Through Jesus Christ, the light of the world, we pray. Amen.

Sacrament of Holy Baptism (11:00am)
*The Baptismal Creed (Unison)
In life and in death we belong to God.
Through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God,
and the communion of the Holy Spirit,
we trust in the one triune God, the Holy One of Israel,
whom alone we worship and serve.
We trust in Jesus Christ, fully human, fully God.
We trust in God, whom Jesus called Abba, Father.
We trust in the Holy Spirit, everywhere the giver and renewer of life.
With believers in every time and place,
we rejoice that nothing in life or in death
can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Glory be to the Creator, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Amen.
(Excerpted from A Brief Statement of Faith.)

MINISTRY HIGHLIGHT: IMMIGRATION TASK FORCE
At this moment of great uncertainty, Montview’s Immigration Task Force works on multiple fronts to support recent migrants in our community. We support the work of local non-profits working with migrants and, with Mission Life funds and individual donations, we provide financial assistance to individuals. To learn more about these efforts and how you might get involved, visit our table today in the Commons.
