*Corporate Confession (Unison)
Holy and merciful God,
in your presence we confess
our failure to be what you created us to be.
You alone know how often we have sinned
in wandering from your ways,
in wasting your gifts,
in forgetting your love.
By your loving mercy,
help us to live in your light
and abide in your ways,
for the sake of Jesus Christ our Savior.
Amen.

UPCOMING EVENTS

All-Church Summer Read: Theo of Golden — Two Conversations
July 12 & 19 | 11:15am–12:30pm (Fellowship Hall)
What would it mean to be truly seen — and to offer that gift to someone else? Theo of Golden follows an 86-year-old stranger who arrives in a small Southern town with a singular purpose: to return pencil portraits to the people depicted in them, asking for their story in exchange. Portrait by portrait, life by life, something extraordinary begins to unfold. We chose this book for our summer read because it is a gentle book with goodness at its center. Bring your own copy and come ready to be moved.
